Our client started this project as a new development for a Vineyard/Wedding Venue in 2019. After some production issues and construction errors this project was put on hold and restarted in 2024. We were hired to demo the existing footings, elevator shafts, remove the existing utilities and backfill the entire site with road base to give the client a clean slate to work with. This project entailed the haul off of 300 CY of concrete and haul in of 560 CY of road base material.
